190720091464On this day we had time only up to 3:00pm because of our train leaving for Tokyo.

I admit that was a mistake to choose to leave Kanazawa so soon, since we could not calmly watch all the attractions.
In the morning we got up and we had breakfast, for me in Italian style and for other in traditional way: in this respect I suggest you always
to ask what kind of food will be served, to avoid problems if, for example, you have some allergy or intolerance or simply because you do not love to eat fish at early morning and you prefer something else.

After having eaten and rested a bit in the common room, we left the Ryokan at about 10:30 am, with the help of service “at Home at Ryokan
and our guide, for visiting one of the places that have attracted us in Kanazawa: The Myoryuji Temple (called Ninja Dera).
This temple is very special because within it there are secret passages, traps designed to protect against various attacks
enemies. The guide speak only Japanese but is provided a booklet in English to be returned at the end of the path (note that bookings for Ninja temple must be in Japanese).

Around noon we picked up some donuts from “Mr. Donuts” shop and then we reached the Higashi Chaya district: the area of the geisha.
In this area that has the appearance of the main street of the village of Naruto, we visited two Geisha House: you can’t leave Japan without visiting a Geisha House.

For more information about Kanazawa you can follow this link (this is what I used to prepare my holyday)

Finally we took the train for Tokyo where we arrived after 4 hours of travel.
