A Sunday lunch at friends home – Delicious Italian food
Since today was Sunday and since I was invited at two of my friend’s home to dine with them, I decided to devote today’s post for the publication of photos of the delicious dishes we ate, kindly prepared in an artisanal way (apart the chocolates).
As an appetizer we had the bruschetta (bread browned, a few oil, fresh tomato and oregano) and sandwiches with soft cheese and cranberry jam.
Next, as a first plate we were prepared noodles with cream, speck and saffron to which we added “Parmigiano reggiano” cheese (it’s equivalent to Trentin Grana and “Grana Padano“).
As the second plate we had a choice: roll of rabbit with radish or chicken roll with artichoke, and roasted potatoes cutted into cubes as a side dish .
For dessert we had panna cotta with chocolate cream
Then a few of fruit
and extremely expensive chocolates made by an artisanal pastry.
