Italian raw milk
Today I want to emphasize a product that is spreading fast in Italy: the raw milk and in particular the vending machines that allow the sale 24 hours to 24 (like what you see in the picture which was used for my little snack at night) .
This type of milk has a good taste, better than pasteurized milk and maintains the properties that pasteurization eliminates.
To be more relaxed in terms of hygiene it can be brought to boil before drinking; all depends on the confidence one has towards the barn of origin.
