The best cake ever (a little braid of puff paste and jam)

What you see above is not a pagination error.

Is the best cake I eat (I have eaten many cakes because they are my passion). Is made of puff paste and marmalade and is called “treccina”(little braid).

The taste is extremely delicate, and all the ingredients are mixed in a perfect way.

Is very digestible and light.

You must eat it if you came in Italy.

But there are two problems: is made only in an artisanal bakery (Panificio Novopan) in Porto Tolle here:

and they made only about twenty of it every morning (at 9:00 am there aren’t any more cakes to buy!)

They make this little almond cake too. Is not good as the “treccina” but is delicious too.
