The thursday cake: Tiramisù ai Pan di Stelle
Every Thursday (or almost), there is the evening dedicated to the tasting of desserts at the restaurants of the area where I live.
This week we were still at the restaurant/pizzeria “La Margherita” and we tried one of the homemade desserts: Tiramisù ai the Pan di Stelle.
For those who do not know the “Pan di Stelle of Mulino Bianco” they are chocolate and hazelnut biscuits produced by a well-known Italian food company, Barilla.
Barilla has a line of sweet and salty foods which they called the of “Mulino Bianco”.

The cake that we ate was made from these biscuits drowned in a macaroons cream :


It was delicious, it’s a pity that the portions are too small!
